In my first role in the Cedo's British site, along production planning, I was responsible for the Continuous Improvement of planning process and the management of plant's repack/rework production unit (up to 14 employees and 1 direct report). Within CI activities, I have successfully developed a fully automated production plan visualization tool (Gantt Chart - to be seen in my MS Excel portfolio), which lead to 40% planning time saving, improving the overall Customer Service Level by 2%, increasing the planning horizon from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, as well as decreasing components stock holding by 25%.
